Guest Stay Guidelines – City Now Hotel Alishan Beimen by Lakeshore

Thank you for booking your stay with us. We look forward to welcoming you! Please review the following pre-arrival information, and we wish you a wonderful journey ahead:
1. Lakeshore Sustainable Stay
(1) Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
(2) Speed up your arrival with our self-service kiosks for check-in and check-out, offering a fast and convenient experience. (Not applicable to accommodation vouchers, third-party coupons, or corporate contract bookings.)
(3) Single-use packaging toiletries, personal care products, and hygiene items are not provided in guest rooms. For more details, please visit Sustainable Travel with Lakeshore ↗
(4) To reduce plastic waste, disposable bottled water has been replaced with a bamboo charcoal filtration system and eco-friendly water pitchers. You may use the in-room water pitcher to refill at the water dispensers on each floor. (*For in-room use only. Please do not take the pitcher outside the hotel. Cold water only — do not use for hot water.)
2. Parking & Transit Services
Complimentary parking for registered vehicles is available throughout your stay until 12:30 PM on your check-out day.
Car Parking (1 complimentary space per room): Register your license plate number at check-in for automatic license plate recognition access. For a second vehicle, parking fees apply: NT$300 per car on weekdays; NT$500 per car on weekends/holidays.
(Note: If the B1 parking garage is full or unavailable due to special circumstances, guests will be directed to our contracted parking facility by on-site staff.)
3. In-House Facilities & Services
(1)Guest Breakfast: Served daily from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM at 1F Monet's Garden (last seating: 10:30 AM). We recommend arriving before 8:00 AM to avoid peak-hour wait times.

4. Important Notices
(1) To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, pets are not permitted in guest rooms or any indoor public areas. If a pet is found to have entered a guest room, a cleaning and disinfection fee of NT$6,000 will be charged. Any damage caused by pets will be assessed and billed accordingly.
(2) To provide all guests with a comfortable and healthy environment, smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas — including guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms — except at the designated outdoor smoking area (located to the right side of the main entrance exit). This applies to all forms of tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco devices. A cleaning fee of NT$12,000 will be charged for any violation in guest rooms, on balconies, or in bathrooms. Guests are also liable for any resulting damage to hotel property or amenities.
(3) Family-Friendly Services:Baby cribs and baby bathtubs are available upon request. Quantities are limited — please reserve in advance.
